Exceptional Desert Experience Made Truly Special by Our Guide! I had a fantastic desert safari experience, but what truly made it exceptional was our guide, Asim Javed. From the moment he picked us up, he was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared fascinating insights about the desert ecosystem, wildlife, and Emirati heritage in a way that felt authentic and engaging — never scripted. His calm confidence and skill during the drive made the entire experience feel safe, relaxed, and enjoyable. What really stood out was how he thoughtfully brought the group together. He made sure everyone felt included and connected, creating a friendly, easy atmosphere rather than just a collection of individual guests. It added something very special to the day. The conservation-focused approach of the tour was impressive, and the traditional camp experience was beautifully done. The food was fantastic — generous, flavorful, and a real highlight of the evening. Above all, Asim’s genuine care and attention made the experience memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable, answered every question with patience and enthusiasm, and made the entire day feel personal rather than transactional. every moment was thought of very well. nothing was missed nothing to complain about. our Guide Ravi was on time and super helpful I am happy he was assigned to our group. the car ride was done with Hasan who is also great in giving information about the tour. the falcon show was interesting. the camp site has everything you need yummy food music shisha cultural dancing performance fresh arabic coffee fresh bread and henna for women. best lamb and shish tawook in Dubai. the fruits and dessert could not be resisted for a refill. definitely recommend this experience for tourists and locals like myself. Thanks to all the staff who worked so hard today.

This experience was absolutely outstanding. Etrat was our guide. He was punctual, helpful, clear and kind. The vehicles used for transport are comfortable and clean. The activities are well organised and entertaining. The staff were always happy to answer questions and give suggestions on where to get the best views or photos. The desert safari in the vintage truck was a fun experience!! The camp afterwards was fantastic. The set up is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The food and drinks were generous and so delicious. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Dubai for an amazing and unique experience!!

Dubai was an amazing experience as a first time solo traveler, and the camel riding tour with our guide, Haider, was the highlight of my trip. Haider was so friendly, genuine, and energetic. He was also incredibly knowledgeable and kept us entertained the entire time! But what really stood out was his genuine care. On the drive to the desert, I had mentioned that I overpaid hundreds of dollars for two dresses, and instead of just listening, Haider called the shop on my behalf, arranged a full refund, and even checked in later to make sure I was happy. The effort and care he puts into his guests’ experience is remarkable. I initially chose this company for their ethical treatment of animals and the environment, but the people who work there truly elevate the experience. I can’t recommend this tour enough.

We had an amazing time at the desert safari yesterday. We were assigned to Harish who was wonderful & very professional, very knowledgeable! He was punctual! He patiently drove us around the desert and we got to see so many sand gazelle, mountain gazelle & Arabian oryx.. we also few birds. The entire package was excellent - camel ride, falcon show, owl, a night performance by acrobats and a nice dinner. They customized a bit to cater to our allergies and we are very thankful! Icing on the cake was the star gazing when one of their awesome staff told us some fascinating stories abt stars. Overall and excellent experience we will always cherish! Highly recommend & the experience is totally worth it!
