The staff are professional, friendly, and explain everything clearly before takeoff, which helps calm any nervousness. The ascent is smooth and slow, making it suitable for families, first-time visitors, and even those who are slightly afraid of heights. Unlike helicopter tours, the Dubai Balloon offers a peaceful and quiet ride, allowing you to truly enjoy the scenery and take amazing photos. Sunrise and sunset are the best times to go, as the views are especially stunning with soft lighting and beautiful colors over the city and sea. Although the ride is relatively short, the memories and photos make it worth it. An unforgettable experience with The Dubai Balloon! I had such a lovely time experiencing the Dubai Balloon with my friends. Even though I have a fear of heights, the pilot made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. He helped me relax, explained everything calmly, and because of his reassurance, I was able to truly enjoy the breathtaking views from the top. I can honestly say that this experience helped lessen my fear of heights, thanks to the pilot’s friendliness and professionalism. Special thanks to Pilot Edwin for making sure we were safe, comfortable, and for even taking our photos so we could capture these unforgettable moments. Exactly what it promises - you go up, you go down, and you get a view 😄 The ride is very smooth and well organized, but don’t expect anything dramatic. It’s more of a gentle ascent and descent than an "adventure" The views are nice, though a bit limited - you can’t really see the entire Palm from up there, which was slightly disappointing. That said, it’s still a pleasant experience, especially if you’ve never done a tethered balloon ride before. Not a must-do, but still a good, relaxed activity if you’re already at Atlantis and want an easy, low-effort way to see Dubai from above

Nice experience, but because of the wind we only went 80m up and stayed there 5min, and then going back down. They didn’t inform us about that which feels like a rip off. In Berlin at least I stayed 15min up.
