I recently visited AYA Universe, and I have to say, I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. Having visited many similar attractions around the world, with the pinnacle being teamLab attractions in Japan, I felt this was easily in the same league. The venue offers a wide range of exhibits involving light, sound, motion, and music, which combine to create an environment that is mesmerising on every level. We spent around 90 minutes exploring the various zones, each offering something unique. We visited mid-week and the crowds were pretty low, which meant you could sit back and enjoy everything without feeling rushed. I’d 100% recommend a visit to AYA Universe; it’s fun, fascinating, and the atmosphere is fantastic!

Visited AYA Universe at Wafi Mall on a weekday, which was honestly the best choice since it wasn’t crowded at all. The entire experience felt relaxed, immersive, and well-paced. The ticket cost AED 101 per person after bank offers, which felt reasonable for what the experience offers. One detail I really liked was the AYA Universe Passport, which acts as the entry pass, it’s a fun little touch and adds to the overall futuristic theme. Each zone inside has its own unique vibe with stunning visuals, lighting, and sound effects. Watching the videos later made me appreciate the design even more, the colours, reflections, and movements look incredibly aesthetic on camera, making it a great place for photos and videos. One of the highlights for us was the ball pool it was unexpectedly so much fun and genuinely felt like letting your inner child come alive again. My friend and I had such a great time there, laughing and just enjoying the moment without feeling rushed or awkward. Overall, the experience was fun, visually captivating, and worth visiting at least once. I’d highly recommend going on a weekday for a more enjoyable and less crowded experience.

Beautiful and unique experience!! You live in a world of visual illusion and manipulation for a while, which truly excites your senses ♥️ I would recommend it to people who love trying something different and unusual. The staff are mostly good. Some staff members seem a little tense and stressed when speaking or guiding visitors, but overall they are polite. The price is expensive, but if you have discounts such as Fazaa, Smiles, or any other offers, then the price is reasonable.

An immersive, unique and futuristic experience not to be missed. Located at Wafi mall which isn’t difficult to get to, depending where you are staying Staff are friendly and helpful. Abala and other staff members helped make videos for us which was highly appreciated. Would go back again. Step into Aya universe - breathe, let it out and feel the motions😊

AYA Universe, tucked away in Wafi City Mall, offers a surprisingly immersive escape that feels distinct from the typical Dubai attractions. As an experiential entertainment park, it succeeds in transporting you to what feels like a different dimension through a clever blend of technology, lighting, and sound. The concept revolves around twelve distinct zones, each offering a unique sensory experience that goes beyond simple visual displays. The highlights are undoubtedly the 'Flora' and 'The Falls' zones. Flora feels reminiscent of a bioluminescent alien world, where the light installations react beautifully to movement, creating a dreamlike atmosphere. The Falls is another standout, featuring an optical illusion of water defying gravity that is mesmerizing to watch. The interactivity is a key strength here; you aren't just a passive observer. In zones like 'Aurora,' gesture control allows you to manipulate the artwork, making the visit feel personal and engaging. However, the pacing is entirely up to you, which can be a double-edged sword. If you rush, you might finish in under an hour, leaving you wanting more for the ticket price. It is highly recommended to take your time, especially in the 'Drift' zone, where you can lie back and feel like you are floating among the stars. The "passport" sticker collection adds a charming layer of gamification that works well for families. To get the most out of the visual spectacle, try to visit during off-peak hours on weekdays. Crowds can sometimes break the immersion in the smaller infinity-mirror style rooms. Overall, Aya Universe is a visual feast and a photographer's dream, perfect for those looking for a futuristic, artistic detour in Dubai.
