Platinum Heritage was one of the highlights of our Dubai trip. The whole desert experience felt well organized from start to finish, and riding through the dunes in the vintage Land Rovers made it feel special instead of like a typical tour. The desert scenery was unreal, the falcon encounter was memorable, and the team made everything easy and enjoyable. Beautiful setting, great hospitality, and absolutely worth doing. Easy 5 stars.

From the moment he picked us up, he was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared fascinating insights about the desert ecosystem, wildlife, and Emirati heritage in a way that felt authentic and engaging — never scripted. His calm confidence and skill during the drive made the entire experience feel safe, relaxed, and enjoyable. What really stood out was how he thoughtfully brought the group together. He made sure everyone felt included and connected, creating a friendly, easy atmosphere rather than just a collection of individual guests. It added something very special to the day. The conservation-focused approach of the tour was impressive, and the traditional camp experience was beautifully done. We had an absolutely unforgettable safari experience with Platinum Heritage, which was gifted to us as a wedding surprise, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were deeply touched by the exceptional hospitality and the care that went into every single detail. The food was genuinely five-star; it was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The overnight stay was very well organized, creating a perfect staycation atmosphere in the middle of the desert. The facilities were spotless, with very clean toilets and all necessities well supplied, which made the experience even more comfortable. The entire team went above and beyond. The staff were extremely accommodating, approachable, and attentive at all times. The atmosphere in the evening was fantastic, with local performers and dancers who were engaging, entertaining, and added a wonderful cultural touch to the night. A special mention to our guide Bashar, who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made sure we were well taken care of until the very end of our experience. An unforgettable Dubai experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into the vintage Land Rover with our guide Amin, the entire evening felt curated with intention and luxury. This experience was absolutely outstanding. Etrat was our guide. He was punctual, helpful, clear and kind. The vehicles used for transport are comfortable and clean. The activities are well organised and entertaining. The staff were always happy to answer questions and give suggestions on where to get the best views or photos. The desert safari in the vintage truck was a fun experience!! The camp afterwards was fantastic. The set up is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The food and drinks were generous and so delicious. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Dubai for an amazing and unique experience!!
