  • Present your booking confirmation to collect your tickets from the At The Top main counter
  • Exchanged tickets are required for entry and cannot be replaced if lost. Once vouchers are converted, they are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • During severe weather, the attraction may close temporarily for safety (no refunds for weather-related closures)

Location

  • At The Top is located inside the Burj Khalifa. To access it, enter Dubai Mall, then proceed to the Lower Ground Floor and exit through the gate near the Burj Khalifa elevator (close to the Dubai Fountain).

By Metro

  • Take the Red Line to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Station. From there, either take the feeder bus or walk via the Metro Link Bridge to Dubai Mall.

By Bus

  • Buses Route 27 (from Deira Gold Souk Bus Station) and Route 29 (from Ghubaiba Station) service Dubai Mall every 16 minutes. The bus drop-off is at the tourist entrance on the Lower Ground Floor.

By Car

  • Take the 1st Interchange along Sheikh Zayed Road and follow Financial Centre Road to Dubai Mall.
  • Parking is available at Dubai Mall - Fashion Avenue Car Park.

By Taxi

  • Taxis are widely available; fares vary depending on distance and time. Meter fare starts at AED 1.6/km, with a starting fee of AED 3 (day) or AED 3.50 (night).

The observation decks at Burj Khalifa are located on Levels 124, 125, and 148. Levels 124 and 125 offer panoramic indoor and outdoor views, while Level 148 (SKY) provides a more exclusive experience with access to the SKY Lounge, higher elevation, and premium services.

Most visits take around 1–2 hours, depending on your ticket type and elevator queue waiting times.

The entrance to Burj Khalifa is located inside Dubai Mall, on the lower ground level. Follow the signs for “At The Top, Burj Khalifa” near the Dubai Mall Food Court on LG, where you will access the ticketing area and elevators to the observation decks.

For Levels 124 and 125, there is no strict time limit, and most visitors spend around 1–2 hours enjoying the views. For the SKY Level (Level 148), the experience is time-restricted to approximately 30 minutes, as it includes a guided, premium lounge experience before you continue your visit to the lower observation decks.

Burj Khalifa tickets are strictly non-changeable once booked. Please choose your date and time slot carefully during checkout. In exceptional cases, such as flight delays, any request to change the date or time is subject to Burj Khalifa’s approval and, if approved, a change fee of AED 100 per ticket applies.

Burj Khalifa ticket prices vary based on the time of visit and ticket type. Non-prime hours and sunrise tickets are usually cheaper, while fast-track tickets cost more as they allow you to skip the elevator queues. SKY Level tickets are premium options that include access to Levels 148 (SKY Lounge), offering a more exclusive experience with shorter waiting times and added services.
