The View At Palm Jumeirah Observatory Deck

Great attraction! It is located at the trunk of the palm and has amazing view. We went in an afternoon,not trying to aim for the sunset and it was actually really good. Almost no lines and a smooth entrance. It has 2 restaurants at the top and of course a gift shop and an actual Starbucks at the entrance.

A fabulous experience seeing the Palm from high up! We loved the interactive immersive show beforehand. The views were breathtaking! It’s the best way to see the Palm! The entrance was great seeing a graphic video of an aquarium! Be ready to take lots of shots! It’s well worth going up and seeing it from higher up!

We had fast track tickets that we couldn't honor at the scheduled time, and the staff was very nice and helped us twice with rescheduling. Upstairs, we discovered a wonderful view of this exceptional achievement of some visionary people. A minus is represented by the observation devices that, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get them to focus on both eyes, otherwise I used them looking with only one eye. Also, these devices can only be moved up and down, not left and right. PS. I highly recommend the ice cream from the restaurant.

Honestly not the best view. If your going to visit its 100% getting access to the top floor (vip) as you skip lots and lots of queuing. Plus the view with the standard ticket is pretty terrible having to look through 2 layers of slanted glass. Honestly to pay all that money and not be able to take photos properly is pathetic and I would of expected better from dubai. The top level has a slightly better and view and without glass in your way however your photos will still show the lower level.

The View at The Palm is arguably the best observation deck in Dubai if you want to understand the sheer scale of the city’s engineering. The view itself is a stunning 360-degree panorama. You get the symmetrical beauty of the Palm Jumeirah on one side and the towering Marina skyline and Ain Dubai on the other. The outdoor terrace is a major plus, allowing for reflection-free photos that are hard to get at other indoor observatories. For the absolute best experience, aim for the "prime hours" just before sunset. Watching the city transition from golden hour to twinkling night lights is magical, though tickets are slightly pricier for these slots. If you want to escape the crowds, visiting early in the morning around 10:00 AM provides a serene atmosphere and crystal-clear views. Access is through Nakheel Mall, which is convenient for grabbing a bite afterwards. While the "Next Level" ticket gets you to the 54th floor, the standard admission to level 52 offers a nearly identical view and is better value for money. It is a must-do for first-timers to truly grasp the geography of Dubai.
