Inside Burj Al Arab Guided Tour

Our stay at the Burj Al Arab was honestly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The staff greeted us warmly and made sure we felt comfortable right away. The suite itself was huge, beautifully decorated, and had an incredible view of the Arabian Gulf. Waking up to that view every morning was something I’ll never forget. What I really liked was how attentive the service was without being over the top. Anytime we needed something, it was handled quickly and with a smile. The little details, like personalized touches in the room and thoughtful check‑ins, made the whole experience feel special. Food was another highlight. We tried a couple of the restaurants inside the hotel, and every meal felt like a treat. Breakfast was especially impressive, with so many options that it was hard to choose. The facilities are just as amazing as you’d expect. The infinity pool and private beach were perfect spots to relax, and the spa was a great way to unwind after exploring Dubai. Yes, it’s pricey, but the Burj Al Arab really delivers on the promise of luxury. If you’re visiting Dubai and want a memorable experience, this hotel is worth it.

Burj al Arab is an iconic place for lots of years. It’s famous for an amazing service from the first second. I’ve been in Burj al Arab lots of times before , but today I’ve bring my mom and daughter. And they both loved it! From the first second, as soon as car door was opened I’ve received exceptional service. Big big greetings and big thanks to Achol. He is a real gentleman and showed a big gesture of attention to my child and gifted her a teddy bear 🧸. He put her in an amazing mood! This huge , tall, 2 meters man has a big heart and doing his job perfectly! Also, service in Sal is 100000/10 I was impressed by Diyorbek and his attention to us. He knows how to do a small talk with guests and was very attentive to the smallest details. Restaurant made a complementary dessert for us, it was very very cute. Thanks to all team for an amazing experience

I would like to thank the Burj team for a wonderful birthday celebration. Bao from front office was kind, gracious and thoughtful. Abdulla did an amazing meet&greet, as well as the show around of the suite. He’s amazing! I would like to thank Johnathan, who was our butler. He’s very elegant and hospitable. I would like to thank Service One team and Samira in particular. After just one call with her before arrival, I was stunned to see handwritten card from her in my suite. Chris from the Guilt is a breath of fresh air. Such a charming and professional team member. Abouarshid at Breakfast was excellent as well. He provided thoughtful recommendations and took care of us. I went here for high tea for my husbands 50th birthday, and it was absolutely AMAZING! We ordered the Gold coffee, and he was extremely pleased, saying that the taste was awesome, aswell as the additional pastries given. We also added a mini birthday cake, which for sure served to please. It was smooth and the taste was something foreign to our tongues. The overall experience was luxury, and we would highly recommend it. Thankyou!

Not worth it at all. They claim to be a “seven-star” property, but the service standards don’t reflect that in the slightest. For a seven-day stay, we were told only one shaving kit would be provided—no replacements. There was no loofah, no shoe brush, and no sewing kit. Shower gel was also not refilled, so eventually you’re left wondering whether to skip a shower or stretch what’s left. There was no soap, gel or bubble bath for the bathtub, so you end up carrying the same shower gel around. Then one wonders—what’s the point of such large bathrooms and rooms? These may seem like small details, but they are basic amenities that even three-star hotels routinely provide for the ease of the stay. On a short stay you might overlook such things, but over a longer stay, these gaps become very noticeable. True luxury is in consistency and attention to detail, and unfortunately, that was missing here. We have travelled extensively and stayed at many five-star hotels, and unfortunately, this one ranks at the very bottom of our list.
