Burj al Arab is an iconic place for lots of years. It’s famous for an amazing service from the first second. I’ve been in Burj al Arab lots of times before , but today I’ve bring my mom and daughter. And they both loved it! From the first second, as soon as car door was opened I’ve received exceptional service. Big big greetings and big thanks to Achol. He is a real gentleman and showed a big gesture of attention to my child and gifted her a teddy bear 🧸. He put her in an amazing mood! This huge , tall, 2 meters man has a big heart and doing his job perfectly! Also, service in Sal is 100000/10 I was impressed by Diyorbek and his attention to us. He knows how to do a small talk with guests and was very attentive to the smallest details. Restaurant made a complementary dessert for us, it was very very cute. Thanks to all team for an amazing experience

Our stay at the Burj Al Arab was honestly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The staff greeted us warmly and made sure we felt comfortable right away. The suite itself was huge, beautifully decorated, and had an incredible view of the Arabian Gulf. Waking up to that view every morning was something I’ll never forget. What I really liked was how attentive the service was without being over the top. Anytime we needed something, it was handled quickly and with a smile. The little details, like personalized touches in the room and thoughtful check‑ins, made the whole experience feel special. Food was another highlight. We tried a couple of the restaurants inside the hotel, and every meal felt like a treat. Breakfast was especially impressive, with so many options that it was hard to choose. The facilities are just as amazing as you’d expect. The infinity pool and private beach were perfect spots to relax, and the spa was a great way to unwind after exploring Dubai. Yes, it’s pricey, but the Burj Al Arab really delivers on the promise of luxury. If you’re visiting Dubai and want a memorable experience, this hotel is worth it.

This hotel just takes your breath away!! We were welcomed with such graciousness, and made to feel like a king and queen. All the staff are absolutely amazing. The suites are exquisite and the beds are like sleeping on fluffy clouds, so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. All the facilities are top class! I could not recommend more highly the Burj Al Arab. I believe everyone should, at least treat themselves to this most amazing experience, once in their life.....you will certainly want to return, for sure. Special thanks to Tali, Victoria, Editha, MarMar, and Krishona who all made our vacation so memorable. I wish I could remember everyone's name to say a big thank you. The suite was unbelievable and mind blowing. Everything was to perfection, I wish I had more than one night there. It was very nice to provide us a cake and rose petals for our anniversary. The cake was delicious. The butler service on Whatsapp was very helpful. The pool, sauna and steam room were very nice. Really liked being able to order food on my phone at the pool. The complimentary canapes and wine was nice during happy hour.. Items that I felt could be improved: - It would be great if the mini bar (non-alcoholic beverages) were complimentary - Would be nice if we could have asked for an additional wine during the happy hour - I could not find a night light for the bathroom Appreciated the complimentary abra tour for guests and the buggy rides to get around the Jumeriah properties.
