LEGOLAND Dubai Theme Park

Honestly review this my 3rd time and last was amazing stay and great people from the reception and f and b section kids are really enjoy even the parents..It will be better if all the attractions are open so people will be more enjoy to stay there..Thanks for Mr. Fadhil in the reception for very accomodating and patience to all out request and For Mr. Ahmed (the manager) he was so nice and friendly and he make us so special and feel home and definately we will be back again. Breakfast was really good we enjoyed it.. Highly recommended to all! Worth to try it!

We stayed at LEGOLAND Hotel and it was a brilliant experience for my family. The front office team made the whole stay smooth from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to the duty manager Ahmed. He handled everything with care and real attention. You can feel that he genuinely wants guests to have a good time. The team at reception were welcoming and helpful at every step. Always smiling. Always ready to help. It made a big difference. The children are having an amazing time. The hotel is full of fun details and activities that keep them excited the whole day. It truly feels like a place built for kids to enjoy every moment. We will definitely come back.

We got a yearly pass for my son, and honestly not even once did he get bored of this place. It’s such an amazing destination for kids — there’s always something fun to do and they can spend hours playing and exploring without getting tired of it. Even I enjoy the experience every time we visit. The atmosphere, the themed rooms, and all the activities make it really special for families with children.

Super fun experience! It gives a perfect representation of Lego! It’s beautifully preserved and everywhere the kids go they keep on playing and playing and playing honestly it was super joyful! Staff were very kind and rooms were well organized and cleaned! Loved the experience. Definitely would come back

I’ve been visiting LEGOLAND Hotel every year with my kids, and it has always been one of our favorite family destinations. The hotel is amazing for children and creates such a fun experience for families. This year, I invited all our family members to celebrate my son’s birthday there, so it was a very special occasion for us. Unfortunately, we faced several issues during our stay, and what disappointed us the most was the way some staff members responded to the situation. Instead of helping calm things down, the way it was handled made the situation escalate further. It was upsetting because we genuinely love the hotel and have so many good memories there from previous years. I truly hope customer service improves, because the hotel itself is wonderful for kids and families.✨
