Things to Bring

• A valid voucher copy, to be presented when you meet your guide.

Not Permitted

• Pregnant guests or guests with pre-existing medical conditions, including heart ailments and neck or back problems, should not take part.
• Guests under 2 years old cannot join any activity involving a dune drive or off-road safari.

Before You Visit

• Children aged 2 to 5, and any child under 135 cm, need a child seat. Request it at least 24 hours before pickup so the correct seat is fitted.
• This activity is not wheelchair accessible. For arrangements, call +971 800 272 2426 or email AA-OpsResvn@emirates.com with your booking reference number.
• During Ramadan and religious holidays, entertainment and beverage service change, and drinks are served after sunset. Water is available on the vehicle.
• The supplier may stop serving alcohol to guests who show signs of intoxication.

Pick-up & Drop-off

• Your pickup time depends on your location. Reconfirm your pickup location and time by calling +971 800 272 2426 or sending a WhatsApp message to +971 4 274 8803 at least 24 hours before your excursion. Customer support is open 07:00 to 21:00 UAE time.
• Be in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before your pickup time and tell the concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures tour or safari.
• The team on the ground cannot contact you if you are not at the pickup point at the agreed date and time.
