Private Desert Dinner for a Group of 4

Great place which is the starting point of the desert safari trip (uae only Arabian adventures, they are the best) if you are lucky you will get to see wild life. And the dune bashing is so much fun!

Unacceptable Experience Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service from the company. The organization was disappointing and the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional. When we asked to return to the hotel earlier, we were asked to pay an additional amount of money, which I find completely unacceptable, especially since we had already paid for the service. A company operating in the tourism industry should treat its customers with professionalism, transparency, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left us extremely disappointed. We would never use this company again and definitely do not recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful! Everything is so well thought out with Platinum Heritage. We went with an 11 year old she absolutely enjoyed it. Our camel guide Shakeel was amazing and the whole evening was phenomenal.

Great experience dune driving, food was ok, we did up grade to the drink package which was a waste of money. Hard to contact the company before the event to confirm pick up, but not a real problem as they turned up in time.

A bucket list experience. We were collected in a private G wagon from our hotel. Our driver was very knowledgeable and friendly. The private desert tour was outstanding. We had dinner in the desert at a table for 2. The food was first class. There were dancers, henna tattooists sisha and camels.
