Set Menu at CÉ LA VI with Selected Beverages and Burj Khalifa Views

The place has a vibe of its own. Great views of the Burj Khalifa. Food here is just as magical as the views. Staff was lovely, especially one of the staff that was serving us just made our day better with great hospitality. I couldn’t catch his name but will for sure come by again soon. Also a must try dish is “Black truffle mushroom risotto” 😍

Have been to the restaurant day time and night time. Service is great, very polite waiters and hostesses. The food is the right amount if you are a light-eater. Business Lunch is a great opinion with varieties of protein and vegetarian courses. It’s worth the price. View is absolutely stunning, either from the restaurant and the panoramic lift. Classy and chic place. Better to book in advance for a good spot.

The business lunch was amazing as always. Loved the whole vibe of the place, great ambiance, light music, attentive staff . We especially enjoyed chatting with Sarkis, who was very genuine and welcoming. His attitude and personality really made the experience memorable and pleasant. The view was already amazing, i can only imagine dinner would be even more special and beautiful. We will be back for sure.

Had been to a team bonding brunch, and Boy- this place caught my attention. Met Anees from the service team. Amazing gentleman. Had his own charm to make someone smile or laugh. Friendly staff. Always happy to help. Amazing vibe. Thank you, Cé La Vi

I was expecting a lot more from CE LA VI, especially given its reputation and the price point, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. The service was slower and more awkward than expected, which seems to match what many other reviewers have mentioned. At a venue like this, I expected the staff to be more attentive and proactive, but we constantly had to get someone’s attention whenever we needed anything. The food was probably the biggest disappointment. Even a simple dish like the fried calamari was a complete letdown. The calamari was already very small, and once fried, the pieces shrank so much that the dish felt cheap and unsatisfying. For a restaurant at this price point, we expected much better quality and better-sized calamari. The seasoning wasn’t particularly memorable either. Another downside was the limited vegan options. We were also informed that the French fries are fried together with all other food, including seafood, making them unsuitable for our vegan friend. Credit to our waiter for pointing this out, as another person in our group has a seafood allergy. Most of the other dishes were fairly average, and several arrived only lukewarm to cold rather than properly hot. Overall, the experience didn’t justify the price. While the venue and views are undoubtedly beautiful, the food and service fell well short of what we expected from a restaurant of this caliber.
