We visited The Green Planet today, and it was a wonderful experience. The birds and animals are very friendly, and many of them come very close, making the experience truly special. There are plenty of opportunities to take beautiful photos and videos. It’s a fantastic place for kids and for anyone who loves animals, birds, nature, or photography. The lush indoor rainforest creates a peaceful atmosphere where you can forget about the outside world and simply enjoy the experience. I highly recommend visiting The Green Planet with your family, especially if you have children or enjoy wildlife and photography. It’s definitely a must-visit attraction in Dubai!

Absolutely loved our visit to Green Planet! It's amazing how they've created a rainforest ecosystem inside a building. The staff really made the experience special. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They happily answered all our questions, explained the animals' origins and habitats, and you could really see how passionate they are about what they do. The animals and birds looked very well cared for. It's not just a great place for kids it's fun, interactive, and educational for adults too. A wonderful experience overall. I would definitely recommend everyone visit at least once!

Visited The Green Planet with my husband and daughters recently. Overall, it was a good experience, especially for children. The interactive bird encounters and the opportunity to see different species up close kept my kids engaged, and we spent nearly two hours exploring the attraction. Before our visit, I faced significant issues booking tickets due to a website glitch. Unfortunately, I was unable to get assistance through customer care. I eventually managed to book the tickets myself. I had also sent an email regarding the issue, and a representative did call me later, which I appreciated, although it was after the booking had already been completed. At the ticket counter, I encountered another issue. My daughters were initially denied the visitors' books, with staff saying they were out of stock, despite there appearing to be copies available behind the counter. After some insistence, another staff member stepped in and kindly provided two books for my children. The attraction itself is well-maintained and enjoyable for families with young children. However, as an adult visitor, I felt it is more of a one-time experience. Adding more bird species and wildlife exhibits would make repeat visits more appealing and enhance the overall experience. Overall, a pleasant family outing with some memorable interactions for the kids, but there is room for improvement in customer service, ticketing support, and the variety of species on display.

Visiting The Green Planet Dubai was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Words can hardly describe how unique and immersive this place is. From the moment we entered, it felt like stepping into a completely different world. The indoor rainforest concept is beautifully designed, with a stunning vertical structure where you move through different levels surrounding a massive artificial tree. Walking up and then down through the layers of the ecosystem was both fascinating and fun. The atmosphere is incredible—humid rainforest air, the sound of water and nature, and the feeling of being surrounded by real wildlife. We saw a wide variety of exotic birds and animals up close, many of which we had never seen before. Everything feels very well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The rain and forest ambience add to the magic, making it feel like a real tropical jungle inside the city. It was honestly a speechless experience at times. This is a must-visit attraction in Dubai. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely go back again.

Absolute Magic in the Heart of the City! I visited today and had a truly wonderful experience! It is absolutely incredible how they have managed to recreate a living, breathing tropical rainforest inside a biodome right here in Dubai. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere completely transports you. The massive 25-meter central tree is a stunning sight, and walking down the spiral canopy pathways allows you to see the animals from so many unique angles. I loved seeing the exotic birds flying completely free around us, and getting a close-up look at the sloths and lemurs was an absolute highlight. The transition through the different layers of the rainforest—ending at the underwater flooded forest with the piranhas—is beautifully designed and highly educational. Everything is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly passionate, knowledgeable, and always eager to share interesting facts about the residents. Whether you are a resident or a tourist, traveling with family or just a nature lover, this is a must-visit destination in City Walk. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!
